Have a 6279 that is not fusing what i have done is replaced fuser roller checked nip width raised temp on fuser unit and it is still not fusing could it be pressure roller causing issue.

I would look at the thermistors. They have caused problems for me in the past.

Guess i should have mentioned i replaced all of the thermistors when i replaced fuser roller.

Well it has almost been a week since they called me back i went and replaced the pressure roller, and went into service mode and noticed that the settings for paper were set up for slightly heavy so i changed them back to normal and up the temp on the roller and it seems to be work keeping my fingers crossed.
