I am having a struggle over people who want to have the new hardware but keep the old settings. I was told by KIP that we are no longer to use KIP REQUEST with any of the new printers 7100 on up. If there is something that i can do to keep old settings that people have accumulated over the years let me know. Like transfering sheet size, making sure pens are the sam, and so on. |

There really shouldn't be any reason why you can't copy the .set, .stp and .pen files from Request\settings to Print\settings on new installations. The new UI design is what really changed, the pens, stamps, force size schemes, etc. didn't change.
They should be compatible. |
