| I was wondering if there was anyone who has had a machine that has had a problem with the IPS shutting down when they walk up and touch it. It just shuts off and restarts randomly. Usually when a job is in the que. I have checked all the connections. It is grounded. So please let me know if anyone has dealt with this. |

| We had a new 7700 do this and had to replace the controller. Luckily it was under warranty still. |

The new machines have a year warranty on the controllers if you filled out the warranty card.
Call KIP and get it replaced. |
