So the other day I noticed that I had a KIP 3000 fuser roller on our parts shelf and that it has been there for a while.
So I looked into the last time we replaced one.
We have 400 KIP 3000, 3100, 7100, and 7170's out in the field and we have not once ever replaced a fuser roller on any of them!
I don't know what NASA is using for heat shields these days but I think I found a long term solution for them. |

I have only had to replace one, which was damaged by a bad separator finger, and believe me, I thank the God's they last as well as they do as one thing I don't really care to do it get the crescent wrench out to raise the leveling feet so I can get to the sides and backs of these machines. |
