If you have a 1988207 9800/TDS800 Output Plate with Stripped Threads or your tired of the Shoulder Screws always loosening up I can repair your Plate.
Once the threads have been repaired they should never fail again. The aluminum threads fall apart and eventually strip. No need to buy a new $300 plate; the repair is better than new and will hold up better than the new part.
I offer two prices.
A) Repaired threads with Stainless Steel HEX Socket Head Shoulder Screws. (Much easier to service than with the factory flat blade head screws)
Price: $65.00 - NOTE: I do not mark up the Shoulder Screws they really cost $15.00 after shipping but they are a superior screw.
B) Repaired threads ONLY. (No shoulders screws included you may reuse yours or find your own)
Price: $50.00
The prices include materials, labor and equipment wear.

I of course will repair your plate; you have to send your plate to me.
If you cannot do this because your machine will be DOWN I can arrange to send you a repaired plate prior to returning yours to me but will have to charge you a separate CORE FEE.
