Windows - Display Driver Stopped Responding??

First display was half blue half black. Reset all connections on IPS (the white box) and after a few reboots get this message > The ialmrnt5 display driver has stopped working normally. Save your work and reboot the system to restore full display functionality. The next time you reboot the machine, a dialog will be displayed giving you a chance to upload data about this failure to Microsoft.
I hit OK and the scree came up but enlarged taking some of the options off the screen. The customer said they rebooted their server Thursday because of other issues and this is when this started. Any idea's on the fix?? Thank you very much!!

Looks like you might need a new controller. KIP doesn't support the "white" controller anymore so hopefully if you do need one, someone on this site might have one. But if you want to do more research check out these links:
