Kip 700 when they scan or cop they are getting a black streak down left side wen there and tried calibrating scanner did not help at all, so i decided to upgrade software then ran a copy issue gone.
Two weeks later same issue again could it be a bad usb cable or port? don't think its a bad CIS any help would be great. |

| Ya i had to remove the connections from CIS and that seemed to help the problem then i re calibrated scanner and issue has been gone for a while now. |
