I have a print job in the que that I cannot get rid of. I have semed to misplace my copy on "Print Purge" that Neil put up. Can I get another copy of it? Does it have to be installed on the IPS in the 7000? I am also having trouble with slow printing. Is it better to install KIP WPD and set the port to LPR and KIP, or is it better to set it for RAW and port 8421? Any help in getting it to print faster would be appreciated. I also cannot get Request to hook-up. Request ver is 6.5.109. Kip scan works and is 6.2.3. IPS is 6.0.36-01 (at least that is what the restore CD says).

Thank You in advance
alan

I'm not sure the the "Print Purge" does but on my old kip I'd have this same problem and this is how they told me to clear it.

go into service
go back to help screen while still in service and press reset
This will take you out into the main area that looks like a normal desktop.
Then make sure you clothes all programs
select the diagnostics folder
select my computer
select Monpath1
select Request folder
Then delete the files from this folder and that should clear your jobs.

Then you exit out to the desktop screen and restart the system. Worked every time for me?
