I have experiencing J-02 at startup and try to mask the error and start again, the same thing J-02 still there. Cleaned all terminals and sensors. is anybody experienced this before, any helps?

You've got a jam in roll #2. Remove the paper roll from roll #2 and then start it and see if the error goes away. If it still gives you the error, you might have a piece of paper or something blocking the sensors. Make sure there is no paper dust or slivers of paper present. AFter making sure the drawer is clean of paper and dust, blow some canned air at the sensors.

I have also seen a dirty cutter do this. Another thing I just thought of, is that the foam strip they put on drawer one tends to corrode with age and fall into the paper path causing jams. If this is starting to corrode, I would remove it.

The error occurs only when the paper is installed. Changed already the sensor, still there. We will change also the clutch, we'll update you later.

Paper slipping on the spindle when reversing or reverse not working correctly.
