Hope some of you knowledgeable people can help: Received a 3000 via truck from a reputeable dealer and the ist copy out barcodes - as if the original stalls and the engine keeps on making the copy - but only in a 2"strip in the direction of travel, as if the scan glass was dirty. It follows reduction & enlargement. I have swapped 2 of the center 3 scan assemblies and the CIS control boards to "move" the defect. Didn't change. Is the problem in the cable or the IF card? I don't have a parts machine for spare parts, so I am kind of limited as to further troubleshoot the problem.
Any help would be appreciated.
