2160 document lenght changes

Scan an image at 100DPI or 200DPI and the lenght is correct. Change the DPI to anything else and the lenght measured by the scanner grows by approx .4" which is added to the lead edge. The scale stays the same.

Scan to file or scan to print?

Scan to file and you can make adjustments in the scan.ini file for lead and trail edge depending on DPI resolution.

We adjusted the 200dpi and 300dpi values in the ini and got a solution. Thanx
