Hello everybody, i'm trying to setup a user that is using a KIP 3102 and Autocad Civil 3D 2013 on Windows 7 enterprise and i set it up using the new windows driver and autocad driver (as of 7-1-13) from the kip app store. The problem that i am having is, he is able to print if he plots and then prints from request software the right size (22x34 in ansi d). However, when he tries to print on a 34 in. roll (ansi D) directly from autocad it prints to a 36 in. wide roll? Did i miss a step or did i install the drivers wrong? thank you so much in advance any help would be very grateful.

Open KIP printnet in internet browser by entering the TCPIP address in the address bar. user name admin password kip. Go to configuration page. In advanced configuration make sure that ignore HDI borders is checked.

Hey thanks for the response. I'm looking at the configuration page and under advanced config there's no option for that?

Also you could modify the untd.ini file. If you have KIP Request loaded you also have a program called VNC viewer. Launch program. it will ask you for tcpip address and the password is kip. Hold down the left shift key and control, alt, delete keys. in task manager close kipUI. in Queue view press configuration tab and quit program. on desktop there should be a folder with a shortcut to the untd.ini file. search for line that says ignore HDI borders. that should=True. save the file and relaunch my kip.
