| I have a KIP 5000 that is getting "charger errors" and "cutter errors". I know there is a firmware that is supposed to address both issues. My problem is I can only access KIP info through Konica Minolta and I am having trouble finding an exact procedure. I have downloaded the TB-K109-22 bulletin and the K109X03A firmware. It looks like I need to find an older laptop and a serial crossover cable and run a KIPDIAG.exe file to be able to do this. I can probably locate the crossover and laptop (tower if necessary), but I can't find the KIPDIAG.exe and KIPDIAG.chm files. Is there anyone out there that can help me out with instructions and the files????? Thanks. |
