In KIP 5000, i can make copy, but i can not print and make color copy, connected with HP plotter. Before it was printing properly. Machine print contact the dealer. Let me know how to configure IPS.

| If it was working properly at one time, I would check to see if you somehow lost the Key codes in the IPS. If the key codes are no longer there to allow color print/copy, you might just have to input them again then reestablish connection to your HP. If the key codes are there, check to see if your HP Plotter has network connection or if your KIP5000 has network connection? |

| Also, I forgot that in Service Mode, there is an option to turn off/on "Allow Color Option". Check to make sure it is on. |
