:EDIT: RESOLVED It was a bad CPU board
We have a scanner that was working fine before we sent it cross country to have it installed at a client. The organization that received the scanner to install it was met with very dark background that calibrating did not fix it. We eventually sent them another scanner and they sent ours back. Now when I turn it on I get the normal flashing green LED then it eventually errors with 2 red LED's When observed via "monitor" tool it gives a 214.
The lamps do come on, the optics are clean and we have tried several times to recalibrate it.
Our guess is something got damaged in shipping to the client, then became worse when shipping back to us.
Any advice would be helpful. _________________ Terry Crawford
