the problem is ( an error occurred (6) ) intermittent, i replaced the white-roller and the original glass assy, I check In service mode in section ccd adjustment to make marker on and I have red light in the center. I disassembled the feeder assembly to clean all mirror, the lens and the marker. The problem is still there. Do you have any solution ? Thanks very much for your help.

Pat.

I know this post is a few years old, but I was wondering if you found a solution for this? My client just reported an error 6 to me. The roller has already been cleaned.

Try cleaning it like I explained in the thread below. I know it is for an error 5, but I would give it a good cleaning before ordering any parts.
