"Bad file- image too large". Go to this one particular computer and in Printing Preferences > Paper / Scaling tab. Make sure that the Scaling is at 100% and the Paper scaling is also at 100%. I've run into this numerous times when customer tries to reduce/enlarge and forget to set them back to 100.

Give that a try and let me know how you make out.

I will try that on my next visit dlee, thx for the help . I also received a new call on this unit that the screen icons appear larger and not all the info will fit on the kip screen!!! I have downloaded and read the 7.2 software touchscreen manual. I cannot find any screen enlargement settings, is there any diasbility or screen enlargement this customer could have pressed by mistake!! ?

You will probably have to do an internal re-ghost to take care of this. This was a small glitch in earlier 7.2 versions. If you update to 7.2.348, it shouldn't happen, but since it already occured, by just updating it might not take care of it. You might have to do the internal re-ghost to eliminate the screen issue, then update to 7.2.348 before it happens again.

Going into the screen properties of the IPS and resetting the resolution will temporarily fix it, but it will return.

Officially it is past the last version of software that KIP will support for the 3000, but most of us use it anyway because it is much more stable than earlier versions of 7.0 software. You are fine to update it.
