I have a 7095 that was working fairly well quality wise and really good as far as everything else. Spent a fair amount of money getting it up and running on an XP server and now I am having issues. I have a really good tech to keep it going, but I need to source parts for it. The actual failed part is the 2mm thick, 22mm wide polyurethane strip in front of (maybe behind) the magnetic roller/sleeve assy in the developer unit. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated. I use this as my do-all in my one man drafting business. This strip has basically turned into goo with age.

This is common on old machines to have the foam seals turn to goo. We replace it with a simular size weather-stripping material available at most hardware-home stores. I used to work on a lot of the old 7090-7095's back in the day and may have some parts here still. Let me know if you need anything.

If caltech can't help you out let me know. I have tons of parts for the 7095's. complete developer unit, cleaning assy, all circuit boards, spare charge & t&s assys. Just about everything but the machine frame. I also have a bunch of new parts. Wires, gears etc.

To either caltech or chillin, do you have a source for the 100 micron, .3mm gold plated wire?
Thank You
Alan
