In-house 5000 that is repeating image. New drum, new fuser roller, new wires and set to proper height(s) and clean developer roller.
The image is on the drum, as if the drum is not cleaning. Is somehow the bias or strobe off?
I bought this machine new, but it has been out of service for about 2 years. |

TB-General-029a, doesn't list a 5000, but for a 6000 a repeat every 9 7/8 inches is the drum. Just a guess, but is it possible that you have a bad connection on the current bleed off assembly mounted on the drum module? |

I would check the height of the mylar strip on the T/S assy. Those things have caused problems like this in the past for me. |

OK, this is a reach; is the process module seated fully to the left? There could be a piece of crud in between the teeth of the drive belt, or pulley causing a skip. You'll have to look closely cause it's black on black. _________________ Regards,
