The light on the AC controller board is not lit and I am having a hard time figuring out why the controller will not turn on with the machine.
If the light is not on that is probably a good indication the board is bad...huh?

Conect a power cable directly from a wall outlet to the controller and start it. Most likely this will power on the controller. If it does come on, it's most likely the fuse on the board. Check it first, I usually put a meter on it at both ends to see if there is continuity. The fuse is usually white coated and you won't be able to see if the connecting element inside is blown. You can find a replacement at any Radio Shack or electronics component store and you can use the clear fuses....

So the power cable from wall DOES work but replacing the fuse did not help..hmmm. Just in case you meant to say that it DOES NOT work, I would replace the power supply.

The power from the wall DOES work, the power cable from the machine DOES NOT work. I replaced the fuses to try and get the power from the machine to WORK. I Should have said "still no power to controller when plugged into the machines powers cable." Power Supply is fine, Just dont know what board it could be AC power, UPS board on controller or roll feed board. Dont have the money to get all three and try them all.

Do you have the wiring diagrams? If not PM me with your email. You should be able to follow the power cord back to where it's connected and with your meter find the problem.
