Hey all,
I have to install a KIP2300 scanner at a location in a couple days so I preinstalled it in-house with the KIP COLOR 7.4 on a STF PC, to familiarize myself with it. So here are a few questions that I cannot find answers for:
1. The scanner does a prescan, spits the original out and ask me to reinput the original in order to scan it. How do I get rid of this prescan or tell it not to spit it out and just rescan it?
2. When I get an error, (when the ready light is red), I clear the jam, open and close the cover and the red light stays on, I cannot do anything except to power off and back on to get rid of the red light. Only thing it tells me in the user manual is to see the description of error on controller monitor and correct the error appropriately. I don't have it hooked up to a KIP printer though and it doesn't say anything in the KIP COLOR software.
3. Anyone have a tech manual in pdf format that I can have? |
