I have a costomer that the day after install they are getting random voides at the trailing edge. they may have been there at install but we not noticeable. They came out when printing 30x42 with the company title block at the trialing edge. The costomer printed a black box at the trailing edge and there are random voids in the box. About 2 to 3 inches from the trailing edge. After 5 prints they are not in the same place but they are all in the middle of the print, and the are not straight front to back.
I have checked all the issues with loose drum, contacts, the charge corona looked fine and is at the proper height. The t/s wires looked fine also.
It is also getting worse about every 10th print they get one like the following.

I'd play with fuser speed a little. Probably slow it down. If the fuser is a little too fast it can pull the paper tight and sometime away from the drum surface causing dropouts. |

Slowed the fuser setting from 20 to 18 and it works great.
