I have trouble in my machine that is very weird to me.We try to make 1 copy for a sheet of plan from the scanner, then printer prints but it won't stop printing may be five to more copies will print, then I shut down the printer to stop printing. We checked the number of copy from scanner before making print is set to 1 copy only. This is the same issue for printing mode. No error display both scanner and printer. Is there any adjustment mode causing this issue? or any error to mask?
I need your help and idea guys...
Thanks... |

Check the calibration for the page size and make sure the machine is printing the correct length. Run the calibration page. Make sure the lead edge border is about 5 mil. and the page is 24 inches.
I had a 2000 years ago that would do this and it was because not all the data was printed to the page. This caused Unattend to resubmit the job (thinking it jammed or didnt print) |

1-1/2 weeks ago I fixed the J-11 and intermittent J-13. The paper is too curl to reach the gate roller causing J-11 error code and I cleaned the entrance of the heater unit that I suspected causing J-13 that the leading edge of the paper will stack up right on the shutter door then the paper will goes up right after the drum. |
