I have a 2120 Scanner hooked to a 7000 and when i make copies everything is coming out light when i do scan the look good and so do internal prints i know there has to be a setting to help with copy density but i do not no which one it is.
I have done calibration turned up image densities and it makes it a little better but not good enough the customer is run in line/photo mode, i tried all modes and it still comes out light.
Thought it might be a lamp but with scans coming out good it has me puzzled any help would be appreciated.
