We have several users on Windows 7 Enterprise 64 bit. When they attempt to print a multi page PDF it only prints one page.
Any suggestions are appreciated |

What are you using to submit? Request? WPD? What software version are you using on the controller? Workstation? The answer to these questions will def. help us help you. Thanks. |

Request 7.3.104 works to print from the workstation.
But the users want to use Adobe Reader X 10.1.1 or Acrobat Pro 9.4.6 to print.
Web interface Printer Management 7.2.348
Windows 2008 Print Server Kip version is 5.13
Hopefully this is the information you need to help me. If not, please let me know how to find it. As you can see, I am not too familiar with KIP. |

Well, everything looks right. From your statement, Request prints the multi-page pdfs fine, correct? When using the WPD from your server, it should print all the pages unless somehow the printer preferences have it set to printing "current page" only. Other than that, I don't really see anywhere in the WPD that would make it print only one sheet of a multipage PDF. Check the settings on the local PC and on the Server. |

You might want to update the WPD to version 5.76. I love it so far. |

You might be look into the "System Properties" of your controller OS and find, if you have a single core or dual core processor.
Within this information you could change something in the winuntd.ini.
Look for MultiThreadPDF=True (default value)
True= dual core
False= single
Maybe this helps.

You need to patch the IPS to the most recent version of either 6.5 or 7.2. If you are using 6.5 on the IPS with Windows 7 machines you need to install the mixed environments patch from Kip on the IPS. Then you can use either Windows driver 5.60 if prompting for job accounting or if no job accounting use the latest driver 5.76. Next, in Adobe you need to select advanced in the lower left of the print window. Then under PS options set fonts to "send at start" not range. That will FIX ALL of your pdf print issues period. |

Could somebody e-mail me the multi environment patch? I have a customer with a KIP 8000 that just upgraded their workstation to Windows 7.
Thanks in advance.
