I have a 6000where the trail edge is is light in some areas on the borders lowered the Transfer wire to no avail going to replace wires and try replacing whole unit if that does not work has the rest of the image looks great was wondering if anyone else has had this issue and found a fix for it.

Have checked also the image led did a full clean on it.

It could be that the trail edge of the print is too close to the end of the paper and the trail edge void is limiting the print. Try extending the cut length of the printer for that size roll.

First thing is to measure your print. If it is 24x36, is it a true 24". If it is, then I would move the image towards the LE. If the print is shorter than 24" and the LE border looks good, def. add more TE. Does the voided areas repeat on the next page? If so, then most likely it is due to the image being too close to the TE. If you say that the internal test prints are doing the same thing, then I would def. add more TE. Just my 2 cents.
