| Customer called and said that the printer works great except that they have to go and pull out each sheet as it comes out of the printer. Upon further investigation, i find that it will "eject" the 30" and 36" prints but not the 24" or smaller prints. The length and weight of the paper is the key here but why won't it push the 24" paper out? the last 4 inches of paper has a line across the print where the paper did not finish passing the drum and i get no errors. HELP Please. |
