I am having an issue with a 1880. It feeds as many copies as i ask for fine but after the last copy is complete the paper jams in the machine.Has anyone seen this? Any help would be greatly appreciate.

I am not sure if I have seen this exact issue or not but, whenever; I have issues with this machine as far as the driving system goes, my first solution is to replace the chain. Replacing it seems to fix most issues. I keep a spare one on hand and make sure is is greased. If that doesn't do it, look at maintenance records. My next guess would be the fuser unit and cleaning felt. Hope this helps! |

Where does the paper jam. When I was forced to work on 1880's the paper feed CL was at fault on end of job jams. _________________ Regards,

I think its around the cutter area, it doesn't seem to rewind to its set position i was thinking it was some sort of rewind clutch problem. |
