i have a 6000 with 1.9 mill on it customer calls and say's that the machine is not useing all the toner in the bottle this just started in the last month and the first i have heard of it what could cause this to happen. i'm thinking spring or toner motor. anybody have any idea please let me know

I had a customer tell me a few weeks ago that the machine wasn't using all the paper on the roll. Once I got to the customer's office, they explained that there was plenty of paper for at least one or two more sheets.

Anyways, I'd have them note the square footage before and after the next couple of bottles and check it against the rating to see how short the bottle is coming up.
