I am getting a fuser error E-000 on the gui and small lcd screen. fuser lamp will not light up, replaced fuser lamp, relay 1 ssr1, th1&2,checked fuse (ok) and 24v on dc controller (orange line )ok manual states that j220-4 is where 24 should be but the only orange wires(2) on the dc controller is cn-2 where i got my 24v.question would bad thermostat in fuser cause this issue? and does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this?
thanks for any advice.

I have encountered 2 kip 3100 with E-0000 , have tried what you have done and ended of replacing thermostat and started working. In addition check the relay 1 & 2.

you're not wrote it but I'm sure you have reset the error code in the service mode ? just in case...

I had to replace the thermistor too on the first 3000's I had.

Also, old firmware can cause E-000 Fuser too cold to pop up. I've updated 3 machines with the new firmware and it has fixed them. I think it's version 10...I'd have to grab my laptop and check.
