Can anyone confirm, will a 2200 scanner work with a 5000 or any IPS usit for that matter. We cannot get the drivers to load.

| I got a 2200 to work with a 5000 for black and white copies. For color they have to plug the scanner into a computer with the color usb key and color software |

We got the drivers for the scanner to work but the Color Dongle does not. It shows up in Device manager with a question mark as if it needs drivers. I didn't realize that that key isn't plug and play.

| I don't think there is a way for the color to work. I finally gave up. I didn't try, but you might email Tony Janisse @ KIP he would know. |
