Bought copier, copier came in destroyed. Instead of doing right thing and replacing/refunding, 7 MONTHS LATER we get a check for $157. and a letter stating
"We do value your business and hope that one day you can give us another try"
I called her to say that this was unacceptable and she told me it was not their fault.
An owner of a company is like the Captain of a ship. You are ultimately responsible for Everything that goes on.
We will be putting up www.midwestcopiersucks.com and DIANEZAVOLA SUCKS.com. I invite all of you to visit and let the truth about these lowlifes be known.
Anybody who knows me knows this is not about the $900. It has cost me more than that to write this.
We all need to start standing up to these equipment companies and brokers. They have been getting a free pass for too long. We need to vote with our dollars.
