missing print

We have 1 costumer with KIP 7000 when they printing batch file ex.200 drawing when it jam it will not re-print the drawing that jam. Do you encounter this kind of problem? Pls i need help...

in your winuntd.ini, there is a Defaultjamcopies=. My 9000 is set to Defaultjamcopies=2. There is also a Reprintjaminches=, but mine is set to Reprintjaminches=0. I would check what your Defaultjamcopies is set to. If not 2, try 2 and see what happens.
