Had developer rebuilt, prints look great except after about 12 prints the next three are real light in the center and then go back to looking perfect again. Any ideas?

When they get light, do you see any ghosting? (reprinting of the light image further down the page) just wondering if the problem is in fusing? Doesn't really make sense but your problem doesn't really make sense anyways. You sure that that dev unit is good? Do you have one to swap for checking? Check the drum ground and dev connections I guess.. could be an incosistent connection... use tiny amounts of conductive grease.
