Prints come out clean but cust. is complaining the back is getting dirty. What? I flip one over and sure enough the trail edge all the way across covering say 18" or so up is just black toner that the fuser pressed in? The inside is clean! What the heck, This has me puzzled? any suggestions? Thanks guys!

Sometimes on the t&s assy if the side that has the Chome guide gets lowered when taking it apart it will put toner on the back side of the prints. If yor raise it a little the background will go away. Make sure you don't raise it too much or you could hit the drum.
