I'm getting two horizontal lines about 1-1/8" apart repeating every 10". Drum shows no marks and dev. unit is new. ???

If it is 9 7/8th of an inch apart then most likely it's drum related. Check the drive gear on the drum and the gear that drives the drum might have a tooth missing, or look at the drum for any marks. Might also look at the gear that drives the cleaning roller behind the drum.

If it closer to 9 inches then look at the pressure roller.

Don,t forget the ground to the print head from the main charge.
At times this can get OUT of WACK.

Not sure if you read the other post similar to this(link provided below), but the 20T gear on the regulation roller was causing this problem for me last week. It's on the right side and has two tiny set screws in it. The gear was slipping on the reg. roller shaft and cause this for me. Try unscrewing the tiny screws and re-setting it.
