| Just as a warning the machine was serviced by "Oversized Business Machines" a company that primarily deals in Oce' but is MORE than willing to work on your KIP machine and "F" it up. They then call me out to fix the issue and leave me holding the bag for over $900.00 in labor alone. The tech's name is Otis and he's got a partner that I'm not sure of his name but they got the diagnosis for a problem from me (which was somewhat general because I saw what was coming) they ordered the parts and then tried to install them themselves and left me flippin' in the wind. |

| Both of those guys used to work for our company!! OTIS and RUSSELL. What a piece of work these two are!!! DO not let them mess with your equipment...they do not have proper training. Or at least ask to see the certifications...lol dont hold your breath. |

Big red truck is a crook himself, He owed my company for parts and never paid. Matter of fact he better hope I don't run into him on the streets.
