Hey folks, I have a 2200 scanner that is stuck in "please wait" and I want to run the downloader program and see if it will tell me a code. I have the downloader program but do not have the PDF file info for loading the usb driver. I think I have everything else I need. I have the KipScUsb setup file and the KipScUsb.dll file. Any help would be great. The last time I had trouble with this scanner required a new main CPU and it was expensive. John D.
