We have a 2200 scanner that we are loading on a Vista 32 bit system when we use the Usb Dongal we are getting Protect error but with the key remove and in demo mode work fine. is anyone seen this?

I would recommend calling Kip and asking them if they have a driver for it.

If you can't, you could try and download another driver from Aladdin.
My mother has a embroidery machine and the software uses the same brand of dongle. In order for it to work on her new vista computer I had to download a new driver from the Aladdin website.

Down on the lower left is the end user drivers. In my situation I used the HASP4 drivers.

I do not know what drivers the Kip software will need, or if any of them will work.
