Recently replaced aging 2900 with 6052. Installed, trained, everybody happy.
Weekend crew comes in, jams machine, slides 2050 scanner back like on 2900.
Gravity intervenes, scanner crashes into superstacker, customer now pay.
Maybe it is time to thin the herd, just a little bit.

Curious though why the scanner mod (per TB-K96-008) that locks the scanner to the print engine wasn't installed? |

Good Point Chillin. But you have to be mentally disabled to not be able to tell it takes a lot more power to push a 2050 off a 6000 that sliding a the 2900 scanner back.
Great story and thanks for sharing Reprodoggie.
This makes some of my customers look like geniuses. |

YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!!!!!!
if you had a pic of that i would love to see it.
it must have taken the whole crew to help push that off the back edge of the machine. too funny |
