Hello guys, I'm new to the KIP wide-format and I have a customer with a KIP 3000 that leaves an uneven black background. They said that the drum has never been replaced (at least in the last 3 years ) and the counter shows about 221000. When I looked at the drum after a print test (not a copy, so the scanner is out of question) the toner residue was obviously sticking to the drum. I'm not sure if this machines have a cleaning (doctor) blade for the drum or the cleaning is done only by electrostatic means. A service manual would help a lot, also information for spare parts suppliers. Thank you!

Sure can send you a manual.
Should I send it to [email protected]?
