Is there any kind of database or list of those of us willing to help other dealers here on the site? I mean if someone ran into an issue on a call, and knowing KIP can take a few hours to get back to you, couldn't we do a list of those of us that wouldn't mind taking a phone call to try and help troubleshoot real quick?
I know we'd our service manager wouldn't mind helping out one of the dealers here considering how great the people here have been with us.
Also does anyone know of any parts vendors that are cheaper than Kip? We've been waiting to get a developer assy to try out the Doc's refresh service, and we know of Aldens fuser recoats.
