Hello everyone,
I have a 2200 scanner with a 214 code(platen or glass is dirty)
This started out as an intermitent problem but now has become constant.
Read through Kip manuel reseated all cables led lamps come on(briefly) but the exposure lamps do not "I don't know if they are supposed to at start-up but every other scanner I have ever worked operated with the lamps lit at least for a short time "
I did replace the relay pwb and still nothing. I cannot even get to the basic screen to enter diagnostics. Any ideas what I'm I missing?
