What is the pay range? How big is your company? Are you an authorized dealer?

Too many 1 man bands and dabblers in the mid-atlantic region.
KIP has authorized everybody and their dog, without any type of quality control. We must pick up 3 or 4 orphans every month.
The copier companies that they sign up do not make the necessary commitment to KIP to be truly effective over the long term. They are painted a picture of how easy it will be and grow tired when they realize all that glitters is not gold.
KIP should require their dealers to be 100% KIP and at least 40% wide-format. Better to have fewer, better dealers moving equipment on a consistent basis and being developed with the help of the manufacturer.
Of course this will not happen because that would require having actual salesmen on staff who have experience in building a business, and those are in short supply.
A dealership has to mean something, have value. If they are putting on dealers every 15 miles, you are not going to invest in KIP. The small crappy dealers they put on and lose quickly leave bitter, angry customers in their wake, thus cheapening the KIP brand. |
