I have someone looking for service on a KIP2900. I'd like to help them out but do not know much about the printer. It occasionally prints black streaks down the sides of the page and it is also crinkling paper. Generally I know what's causing this if its anything like the current KIP lineup. Any help? Also if anyone has a service manual or a service CD, I'd appreciate it.
