I've installed a new drum in a 2000.
There is a black haze on the prints for about 13 prints before printing correctly. Any suggestions in resolving this??

This past month I've had 4 controllers die on me.
Three of them had the motherboards go bad.
One would only boot up into VGA mode.
Has anyone else experience this lately? |

Is there documentation as to the proper procedure to upgrade Request on a WS from 6.0 to 6.5.57?
Or can I simple run the .exe file to update Request? |

| I have four 7000s in my territory. Rebuilding the dev units are similar to all the other models. The dev unit is easier to remove then the ones in 2's and 6's. |

I've installed an ipf700 with a 3000. I'm getting a GARO W1234 error on the display panel of the Canon. I called KIP -- they didn't return my call.
I called Canon -- they said the error is a 'war ... |
