I have a customer who is getting the 38 show up on their touch screen. 3000 with 6.5. They say that they are unable to print or copy, but they can still scan. Should that be happening?

I guess you go do an eerom reset through the diagnostic mode, but I am not sure that will help. Did the set unit configuration not work? Other than that I am at a loss.

It could be that the trail edge of the print is too close to the end of the paper and the trail edge void is limiting the print. Try extending the cut length of the printer for that size roll.
