ok so now it says paper jam where the paper feeder is but I can not for the life of me find any jam at all at the paper feeder.

I got the drivers or so I think but I am unable to install my KIP 3100 on a new PC running windows7 64bit. I know installs on XP i had to go add new port for the KIP monitor port using the monitor.inf ...
