we took the pressure roller and flipped it around.. no change.
the image is on the drum but is not transfering to the paper. the missing image starts after about 25" and contiues on down the print ... |

new drum, new mc assembly..
The image is on the drum - not a fuser issue.
so the image will stop transferring to the paper after 20" or so of printing.. then it starts transferring again after abo ... |

We had already swapped the clutches.
Problem was the bushings around the pulse disk shaft were plugged up with grime causing the pulse disk to not spin via friction drive. |
