Replaced all three corona wires with the 100mic 1.5 received from ISS. We did notice that the original image corona was quite a bit lighter gage compared with 100mic. Everything prints more "crisp" ...

Ok, we'll get the corona wire ordered and see if replacing those helps improve the image further. If not, we'll tackle the dev unit next. Will keep everyone posted. Thanks for help.

Thanks guys, cleaning the LED improved the image a lot. Actually, the entire LED head frame was pretty dirty. The eraser lights got a good wipe down too.
